Pamela has conducted felony jury and bench trials in Michigan and Minnesota, including charges such as second-degree murder; attempted murder; first degree child abuse; intent to do great bodily harm; assault and battery; domestic violence; and felony firearm, etc…
Pamela practices federal litigation and appeals, including 1983 malicious prosecution and police brutality.
Pamela has given back to her community by being actively engaged in indigent defense counsel work throughout the Metropolitan Detroit area.
Pamela is admitted to all Michigan State Courts, including the Michigan Supreme Court; the Michigan Court of Appeals; the Michigan Circuit, District, Probate and Municipal Courts.
Pamela is also admitted to the U.S. District Court-Eastern District; and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
